Moving on… I went to my parents’ place for the weekend and got in some quality ‘me’ time. It was so nice! Yeah, I spent time with the family, but being with my family keeps me grounded and clears my mind of the porn world. They know that I just want to chill out when I’m there, so I’m never pressured to do anything. I lounge in sweats, watch TV, nap, eat, etc. If for some reason there’s an argument in the house, I leave. If that happens, I’ll drive a mile down the street to the marina (they live on a private lake), get a Snapple or something, then go sit across the street under the trees until someone tells me it’s clear to go in. I need to relax when I’m there. It’s go-go-go in my life all the time when I’m home, so like I said, I need to mellow out and get grounded.

So anyway, the first day I was there, Saturday, we decided to head over to the beach area of the lake and join the crowd. The association has an annual tradition of having their own fireworks show the weekend before Independence Day, and on this Saturday that beach will look like Lake Havasu during Memorial Weekend… minus the thongs and pasties (those are forbidden!). So, my mom, my youngest sister, my brother, my nephew and I spent a few hours in the sun.

At one point, a small group of young boys came walking right at me. Out of habit, my mom and my sister stepped aside thinking they had recognized me… it took me a minute to figure it out, but one of the guys happened to be the little brother of a guy that I used to date (also the nephew of an old friend of my dad’s). I hadn’t seen him in YEARS, so it was great to stand around and chat a bit… and laugh at all of his underage, drunk friends!

My family and I (my dad had joined us after finishing up work that day) all watch fireworks from their dock that night. It was so cute to see my nephew’s face in awe as he stared into the lights. He also started with his little ‘Oooohs’ and ‘Ahhhhs’. Afterwards, my little bro and I drove to Red Robin where my sisters is a hostess. We enjoyed cold glasses of water and some ice cream, all the while goofing off with my sister since the restaurant was dead. Her shift ended at about 10:45, so we headed back to the house and I passed out within minutes.

On Sunday morning, my brother and I got up early to catch the first showing of ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’. Since it JUST came out, and it’s summer time, we didn’t want to have to deal with crowds, and we didn’t think too many kids would roll out of bed on a Sunday to catch a 9am showing! We got lucky and shared a theatre with maybe 30 people. And the movie ROCKED! (Megan Fox is HOT!)

I ran a couple errands with my parent’s that afternoon, chatted with Justice Young about shooting content soon with him and his girlfriend, Amy Reid. Johnny Sins also called me and I was really excited because I haven’t seen or talked to him in a couple months. We caught up a bit, then decided we should meet for a drink while I’m in Vegas with my girls for UFC. (I figured ‘Skrape is gonna be a little busy, so I might as well hang with all of my old friends!)

I drove home late Sunday night with my brother and sister (and my dog!) in the car. Since he’s out of school and she wasn’t scheduled to work until the weekend, they wanted to spend a little more time with their favorite sis… Or, at least the one that spoils them! They knew that I had to work, but they figured they could at least lay by the pool while I was gone.

Yesterday, Monday, I shot for Elegant Angel. Sam No has got to be one of my all time favorites! She’s just fucking rad! I told her that I think I like her so much because she doesn’t hit on me! Plus, she shoots AMAZING teases! We shot what she said had to be the best tease she’s ever shot before. (I like to think that I had a little something to do with that.) Then, to top if off, Anthony Rosano and I did a GREAT scene… and I mean GREAT… Definitely in the rankings for one of my all time greatest. Her thoughts: “I just got my first scene of my movie!” Hey, if you’re the first scene, you know you’re the best of that movie! It felt good to hear. Plus, she had been telling horror stories of all the other shoots she’d been doing for the movie, and how this went wrong and that went wrong… So I’m very happy that I made her day! (I believe she said it’d be out very soon… and it’s to be called CURVY-something. I hate that I can’t remember, but keep a look out for Elegant Angel’s new releases!)

My scene got cancelled at the last minute for Teravision today, so I decided to spend time with my siblings while they were here… so we took the 20 minute drive to Magic Mountain!!! The last time I was there, Deja Vu was brand new! And I think that was finished back on 2001! But I was so much fun! I was smiling ear-to-ear like a little kid. We got lucky at first… being summer time, we figured it’d get busy, but for the first hour we were there, we waited no longer than 5 minutes for the rides. We went straight to the back and started with Batman and The Riddler’s Revenge to break in my brother (who was afraid of roller coasters until today! After the first one, he said, “That was fun! Let’s go again!”). However, by the time we got around to the newer ones, like X2, Tatsu and Terminator, the wait times were 90 minutes! Hell no!!! Not in 100-degree weather! So, we skipped those ones and stuck to the classics. Rides like Viper and Ninja were only a 5-10 minute wait. The longest we waited for a ride was about 30 minutes for the Rapids ride… where we got SOAKED! But it felt good in the heat!

We had gotten there at 10:30am, right when they opened, already had our passes and got straight in. At about 3:30, we were DONE! I walked in and plopped down on my couch just after 4:15. We laid around and did NOTHING until about 7:30 when we all got hungry, so we ventured off to Chipotle.

Tomorrow, I’ve got a BIG day with an 8am call time. But it’ll be worth it… It’s all for my site!!! Yay!!! And this includes shooting my first interracial scene in over two years!!! I’m so excited!!! I personally love black men, but I hate how stereotypical interracial porn is, so I don’t do it. But it’ll be different for my site… I can do whatever the hell I want!

Oh… Oh my God! So, I thought it’d be fun to bring a snack to set for everyone tomorrow, and I LOVE to bake (I actually want to open a bakery!), so I picked up ingredients for a cheesecake at the grocery store a few days ago. After dinner tonight, I got to work on my pie. Well, I moved into this place in January this year, and I think I’ve used the stove twice (I can’t cook!), and I’ve never used the oven. So, I set it to 325-degrees as I usually do… and my pie was black on top and still gooey in the middle after 20 minutes in the oven!!!! I usually bake them for 50-60 minutes!!! What the fuck?!?!?! My sister was like, “Did you lose your touch?” I don’t know!!! Baking is MY thing… I always provide desserts for family events and everything. I’ve never burned a cheesecake!!! Seriously… there’s something wrong with my oven!!! And don’t even get me started with my washer, where cold means hot and hot means cold! I know I could call and have someone come fix it, but I hate those people being in my place! But, as a tenant in a very nice and very expensive apartment complex, you would think these things would be taken care of BEFORE I moved in… Ugh! (And, before you start thinking that I should just switch the hoses and/or do this or that… I can’t! I’m a girl! That’s what boyfriends are for! lol)

Anyway, I’m tired and I have a BIG day tomorrow (without cheesecake!), so I’m gonna go to bed. My dog is snoring on my bed and I’m jealous!

Luckily, today was a quick day. I was at set at 8am, and out the door just before noon. Everyone was asking if I was going to stay for lunch… HELL NO!!! I just wanted to get home and do NOTHING! Hahahaha.

I shot Robby D. for Digital Playground again today and I was very excited about my co-stars: Scott Nails (always a pleasure!) and Jesse Jane. I have always had a little crush on Jesse… let’s be honest… she’s fucking HOT! So I was thrilled to find out I’d be working with her! And to top it off, she’s got an amazing personality and she’s super nice! We got a long great!

Hahaha. Good times! I was very satisfied with the scene. Jesse slapped me around just right… and I even told her to spit in my face! I’ve never done that! lol. But I loved it… especially when she slapped me right after, then licked it all up! Fuck, she’s sexy!

As for the rest of my week… I shot two scenes for Naughty America this week. The one we shot yesterday was done on a boat in the middle of Pyramid Lake (off the 5 freeway, in the middle of nowhere!) with Billy Glide. It had been a long time since we shot together, but it was great! Only down side… I was a little sore from his huge dick and we only had an oil-based lube on set (in the boat! lol) and that was irritating my pussy more than anything. But, I’m a trooper and I got through the scene. We all rode around the lake for a little while, enjoyed a swim, and I think we were back home by 2:30pm! I love the early days!

The other shoot for NA was on Tuesday and I shot with Anthony Rosano. Once again, we hadn’t worked together for a while and, although there is not physical attraction on my part, we do a HOT scene together… and this was no different. In the scene, I was going to see him for some MMA training because I’m dating a guy in MMA and wanted to get a little more ‘hands-on’… Hahahahaah! I love how Christian loves to use my real life details in his scenes! lol. But, it turned out great! They’ve actually already released the scene! I only watched the trailer… and it looks like I can throw a punch! Geez! I wouldn’t want to get in a fight with me! Hahahaha.

Wednesday was a day off for me, so I decided to shoot content. I shot two scenes that afternoon, both girl/girl scenes, one with Nikki Rhodes and one with Bridgette B. I had never worked with Nikki, but we’ve known each other for about a year now and it was great to finally fuck a red head! The scene went well. It wasn’t my ‘style’ (you know… ROUGH!), but it was good. Nikki is a little girl, so I didn’t want to step things up and break her! The whole tease was amazing… Popsicles, baby! Blue and red juices all over the place! Yummy! And as for little miss Bridgette… hot damn! I love her! We’ve worked together once when we DP’d Louisa Lanewood for Wicked, and she dated a very good friend of mine, so we definitely know each other. Due to the tragic events of this day and the loss of two famous Hollywood faces, I found it appropriate to add my thoughts on Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson, may they both rest in peace.

My mother was always a fan of Farrah Fawcett, and it wasn’t too long ago that we sat and watched her documentary about her struggle with anal cancer. It is very unfortunate to have to even hear about someone going though something like that, let alone watch the process of treatments and also watch someone lose the battle. I myself am at high risk for cervical cancer and, although I take every necessary precaution, the scary thought can sometimes haunt me. I couldn’t imagine that. I praise her for putting up such a brave fight.

And Mr. Michael Jackson… a legend… I cannot even stomach the horrible things that I’ve been hearing and reading from some people. The man did not “deserve” to die. He was the king of pop and although he had some legal troubles, I believe he was a great person. We will never know what really happened when it comes to the molestation charges, that is between Mr. Jackson and the higher power. I hate to think that during a time like this when so many people are morning over the death of a friend, family member and/or a loved one, there are people out there bringing up the past and saying that “he got what was coming to him”. That’s bullshit. Frankly, that matter is none of your business. Honestly, if your mental process is that disgusting, maybe you should “get what you deserve”.

Don’t get me wrong, I have hated people and despised people to the core… but I have NEVER wished death upon anyone. I personally think that living with guilt is a greater punishment. I don’t know… I just can’t get over the horrible things people are saying. It’s rude and disrespectful. I’m not saying I wouldn’t feel differently if something directly affected me, but I’m sure that all of these people have absolutely nothing to do with any of the drama… so why bother. Leave it alone.

One again, may they both rest in peace.

Anyway, as much as I’d love to go on ranting about my life in porn, I’m actually extremely tired!!!! I’m soooo sorry. But, I’ve got to be up at 6am. I will get back to it as soon as I can.

You know when things end between you and someone and you’re so heartbroken and feel like the world is just crashing down on you??? Well, have you ever seen that person again, maybe months or years later, and have suddenly been ashamed of some of the things (er… people!) that you’ve done??? lol… It’s happened!!!

I’m really good friends with some of the people that work for SubNoize Records, and it all started when I started sleeping with the singer of one of their bands: hed pe. Yes, that guy Jahred. That African-American/Brazilian guy with that gorgeous skin tone that I LOVE! Okay… this all started about 4 or 5 years ago… when he wasn’t so weird… just a punk rock asshole. Over the years, I’ve watched him slip. I don’t know if it’s drugs or what. The guy’s a brilliant man. He’s got one of those minds… he’s the kind of person that you could sit and listen to for hours and he could convince you that the sky is green. He knows what he’s talking about, and it’s coming through in his music, but, on a personal level… he’s different. I don’t see him much, and I haven’t over the last 2 years or so. He’s married and has a baby, but we have plenty of mutual friends, and there’s definitely no bad blood between us. But, every time I do see him, he seems a little more lost than that last time. It’s horrible.

Anyway, the band was playing in Hollywood on Friday night, and I had free tickets thanks to my boys at SubNoize, so I grabbed my girl friend Lynda. I wasn’t in the mood to stay out late being that I had to leave for Vegas, but I thought we could watch the show with friends, say hi to Jahred, and leave.

Jahred and the guys fucking rocked that stage! He went on and on about his insights on the government and stuff, and sang/screamed his heart out. It was great. However, it’s different than the shows he used to do, even just a year or so ago. It used to be all hardcore, dirty sex, rap-rock lyrics… Now it’s ALL about the truth movement and such. Don’t get me wrong, I think everyone needs to read some books and watch ‘Loose Change’ and see what the government is REALLY doing, but this guy takes it to another level! It’s amazing… but weird because of how I know him. 

Lynda and I watched the show and I had all kinds of thoughts running through my head. A lot of the things he said really got to me… Like, irritated me. And he just looks fucked up. It’s just weird to compare THAT to who I met years ago and who I thought he still is. Don’t get me wrong, he’s still an amazingly insightful human being, but there’s just something, you know? I won’t say exactly what I think… but he’s different and I don’t like it.

Anyway, after the show, I thought I’d go say hi. Every show in the past, he’s always known I’d be there, and he’d make sure my name was on the VIP list and everything. But he didn’t know I was going to be there this time. Being that there has never been bad blood, I thought it’d be a fun surprise to say hello. So, after most everyone cleared out, Lynda and I were escorted down stairs where he was taking pictures and signing a few autographs. I stood back and waited for him to have a minute. He finally looked over at me, came over, held his hand out, I reached thinking we’d go in for a hug or something, and he just shook my hand and said something like, “Good to see you”. He shook Lynda’s hand, and he turned and walked away. Awkward! Even Lynda looked at me in surprise. We left. We chatted about it in the car a bit, but didn’t have an explanation for what had happened. I have such a past with this guy, and all I get is “Good to see you”?!?!?! Was the lighting really bad in there and was he that fucked up that he just didn’t really see who he was talking to, or what?!?!?! Wow…

I drove Lynda home from there, and we straight to bed myself… I had better things to think about… Like waking up and flying to Vegas to see Tim (better known as ‘SkySkrape’ from the TapouT crew). He was there for the Ultimate Fighter season finale fight/show. Since he’d been in Pittsburgh for about 6 weeks shooting ‘Warrior’ (an upcoming fight movie), I haven’t seen him (our schedules just clashed those weeks). So, he asked me to come out and hang out with him. 

When I finally got to Vegas, he was already off to the event. I opted not to stroll in late. Instead, I went and picked up my key from the front desk at the Encore Hotel, went up to the suite, showered, sexed myself up, and chilled out… all the while the fights were playing on my TV. I think I was there for about 3 hours when he came back. He walked into the room and looked so good! I just wanted to pounce on him! But, I held off. He jumped in the shower and changed, and we went out for a night on the town… as Tim and Michele instead of ‘Skrape and Jayden. He didn’t wear the big wig or the crazy outfit, and I… well… okay, I still looked HOT in my little polka dot dress! But, I used my real name all night! Hahahaha.

The scene went amazing, the guys were very nice, and Streams did a fabulous job, as always. We actually got to talking about shooting an ANAL movie and distributing it through Jules Jordan… so there’s something to look forward to!

As always, I’ve been super-duper busy with work. Sadly, I had to cancel two scenes this week! I NEVER cancel scenes… EVER! Including these two cancelations, that makes a total of 4 in the 2 1/2 years I’ve been in the business… and 3 of those were due to yeast infections! (Yes, I know, sexy! Hey… it happens!) So, yeah, had a little vaginal problems recently. But the other one… OH MY GOD! I had a fucking pinched nerve or something in my back, and it was shooting up through my right shoulder and into my neck! It hurt so bad! (I was in a bad car accident in March of 2008 and my back is FUCKED UP! I’m still waiting to take the bitch to court!) Anyway, luckily, both parties were really cool and re-booked the shoots. It’s always nice when people are understanding.

I was also invited to the (hed) p.e. concert in Hollywood tonight but one of my friends that works for the SubNoize record label. I actually used to see the singer of the band, but I haven’t seen him in a LONG time… so this will be a fun surprise! I’m actually not interesting in giving him that ‘special attention’. I’m over it. Plus, I got invited to Vegas and I’m leaving tomorrow afternoon!!!! Yay!!!! Since my friend Tim (aka ‘SkySkrape’ of TapouT) was in Pittsburgh for 6 weeks shooting a movie, we haven’t seen each other!!! My schedule has been INSANE, so I never got a chance to go out there. Anyway, we were talking yesterday and he was on his way to Vegas. I made a couple jokes about getting drunk and enjoying hookers (dude… I told him to DO IT! I’m not one of those bitchy, insecure girls! lol). He didn’t seem interested in that… and asked me to come join him! I have been all smiles ever since! I can’t wait to see him!!! I guess there’s an event going on out there, and the season finale of the UFC show, so we’ll be busy. Yes, I’ll post pics when I get back!

Anyway, I’ve gotta hop in the shower and be at my girl friend’s place in about an hour so she can so my makeup and we’ll head out to the concert a little later. Frankly… I don’t even care anymore… I want to go see my man!!!! I need off-camera sex!!!!

The FAME Awards meant A LOT to me… because it’s about the FANS… and everyone knows that my fans are number one to me. If it weren’t for the fans, I wouldn’t be who I am today… NONE of us would! So it was nice to hear everyone thanking their loving fans as they received their awards last night. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so, as I lost in both categories I was up for: Favorite Breasts to Stormy Daniels, and Favorite New Starlet to Tori Black. But, I’m not a sore loser. Congrats to both… and ALL that received awards. And I would definitely like to take this opportunity to thank all of my fans that took the time out of their lives to vote for me. It means so much to me… and maybe we’ll get ‘em next year!

Although, in the back of my mind, I knew I wasn’t going to be receiving any awards last night (even thought I REALLY wanted to!), I had to be there… Once again, for the fans. I wasn’t signing at the Erotica LA show, so I had to make an appearance and show my support. I grabbed my girl friend Veena, who is a complete virgin to the business. She had so much fun. She got to meet a few of my adult entertainer friends and she enjoyed the awards show. As for her getting into the biz… no chance! Sorry guys!

Not only was I up for two awards, but I was also asked to present an awards. Funny, during that phone conversation, the guys says to me, “I want to put you with Angelina Armani because she’s tall, too… So you don’t look like a giant…” Very funny! I’m only 5’8″. I’m not THAT tall. But, there’s a lot of girls in the business that are between 5′ and 5’4″ that are only 100 pounds! So, of course, I look like an amazon creature next to them! Hahahaha. Anyway, we presented the award for Favorite Star Website, which went to Tera Patrick. (Hey… fun fact… did you know that Tera Patrick is TALLER than me?!?! There’s not many in the industry!) After the show, I drove Veena home, picked up some late night junk food from Jack in the Box and took it home, where my little brother and sister were waiting for me. I felt bad: they had driven 2 hours to spend the weekend with me since our parents were out of town, and I had to go attend a porn event! As much as I love my job, my family is more important. But, they also know how important the fans are to me, so they weren’t too upset. Besides, I spoil them! The night before, I had taken them for sushi at Geisha House in Hollywood, then we went and saw the new release ‘Hangover’. That movie is so funny! It was actually my second time seeing it. Tony T. and I went about a week ago… and I’d go see it again! It’s that funny!

After a late night at the awards and binge eating fast food, the three of us slept in a little bit and ventured off to Universal Studios for the day. We all have season passes, so we go a lot… and we don’t do much. We see a couple shows and go on a couple rides, eat lunch at CityWalk and go home.

We were actually all thinking that we need to make a trip to Magic Mountain. My brother claims to not like roller coasters (at least not the ones that go upside-down), so we’re gonna drag him and one of his friends (so he doesn’t puss out!) and hit ALL of the roller coasters! Who’s gonna turn down the Batman and Riddler rides?!?!?!

Well, it’s only 6pm and it has been a long day… like every other day, I guess. I’m working 3, 4, sometimes 5 days a week. I accomplished a lot last week, and even knocked out a couple content scenes for my website.  Now I’ve got 6 days booked for next week. It never ends!!!! But, it’s a good thing! I’m working my ass off now so that I can just focus on JAYDEN JAYMES next year and not have to worry about everyone else.

I’m thinking I’m going to pour a glass of wine, crank up the iTunes, clean the house, do some laundry, and end with a steamy-hot bubble bath!

I’ve been here since early Thursday morning, doing absolutely nothing. Wednesday was a pretty busy day for me. I had a scene for Wicked Pictures and my call time wasn’t until 6pm. We all knew we wouldn’t be out of there until late, so the crew and huge cast prepared for the long night. But we had fun! We had a great cast for the scene and we all got along. It was a HUGE orgy scene for an amazing movie they have coming up. Curious to know who was involved??? Let’s see if I can name them all…

We wrapped up just after 1am, and I believe I was on the road home from Downtown by 1:15. I stopped to fuel up my car when I got close to home knowing that I was going to be on the road bright and early to head to my parents. I believe it was exactly 2am when my head hit my pillow.

My alarm went off at 6am, I hopped in the shower, through some clothes into an overnight bag, woke up my dog and headed out the door. I walked into my parents’ place at 8:45. My little sister was headed off to Vegas on Friday morning and she wanted to get her nails done and she needed my help with decided what to wear while she was there. So, we ran a few quick errands, got manicures and pedicures, grabbed some sushi at a local hole-in-the-wall joint, and packed. She was so excited. This is her first trip to Vegas without having to just babysit the whole time. It’s her boyfriend’s 21st birthday, so they’re celebrating. She was actually texting me from the Sapphire strip club last night… I believe they were very much enjoying women together!

As for my weekend back home, it’s been relaxing, yet slightly eventful. My little brother’s little league end-of-the-season party was Friday night at a little pizza joint, complete with an arcade and bumper cars! I had asked my other sister to join me and bring my nephew since I hadn’t seen him in a couple weeks. We had so much fun running around that place! Of course, when it came time for the coaches (one of them being my dad) to present the trophies to the kids, my 23-month-old nephew didn’t want to just sit there! He started screaming and my poor sister had to stay in the arcade and miss the action.

Afterwards, I met with an old friend for a cocktail at the local Chili’s. We chatted for about an hour, reminiscing on high school memories and talking about future plans. I think he got tired of me asking question about everyone in our old ‘group’ because he decided to set up a little dinner for us to get together again the next night.

I guess everyone was in the mood for pizza (which, by this point, I was kind of sick of!), so we met at a little pizza parlor. As my old friends walked into the restaurant, one by one, I lit up! I haven’t seen anyone in probably 3 or 4 years. (After I met my ex a few years ago, I moved in with him and left my old life behind… and never looked back.) I couldn’t believe how grown up all of my boys were! (I was the old girl in a group of about 6 boys in high school… hence the reason for my bad reputation… although I never even kissed any of them… they were like my brothers!) Everyone was either engaged, married, had a baby or expecting one, etc. Still a little heavy on the drinking, but they’ve got their shit together. We sat, enjoyed pizza, talked about life and had a good time for a couple hours. They all wanted to go back to one of their houses and continue the little party. I declined my invitation at first, but then I was told that another one of my old friends was coming, so I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to say hi!

We all headed back to my friend Miller’s house. Everyone started pouring drinks and playing beer pong. I sipped on one Grey Goose and Monster the entire hour and a half I was there. My old friend Jimmy and I actually leaned over his laptop most of the time playing games! My other friend Brian had shown up, so we talked for a few minutes. He was also all grown up and doing well for himself. 

By 9:30 or so, one of the boys had invited over his ‘booty call’, who I learned was barely legal. She had shown up with a couple friends who were a bit over dressed for a house party! Being that I hadn’t seen anyone in so long, I didn’t want to sit there and proceed with my usual shit-talking and make everyone hate me, so I excused myself before it got to that point.

I was home by 10:15 and cuddling with my dog in my sisters bed. I watched a little late night TV and passed out by midnight.

I woke up to my parents preparing my favorite breakfast: Cream of Wheat. Yum! We ate at about 10am. My sister had come by to pick up her son who my parents had babysat last night. My mom wanted to take her mom to go get her nails done, so I join to have my polish changed. I wasn’t happy with the outcome for a couple days ago, so I changed it. Afterwards, I met my sister and her son for more sushi. Surprisingly, that kid loves fish! It was cute to see a two-year-old pick about a California roll! After that, I hit up the local tanning salon to get some color on my white ass.

Since then, my little brother and I have watched Transformers and Kung Fu Panda (Skadoosh!!!!). We’re now watching the Angels game and my parents are decided what to prepare for dinner. I’ve got a scene for Digital Playground with Scott Nails at noon tomorrow. I’ll probably be leaving here in a couple hours to head home. I’m feeling too lazy to make that two hour drive right now, but I’ve gotta get to it!

I can’t believe it’s JUNE!!! Oh my God… Christmas is right around the corner! Geeez….

So… since I’ve gotten back from New York, it’s been go, go, go for me… just the way I like it! Actually, when we originally scheduled our trip, we didn’t realize it was Memorial weekend. But, when we got home, my parents had a little BBQ. It’s very rare that we can get all 5 kids, plus the grandchild, together. Since my parents live right on a lake, we sunbathed, swam, and just took it easy. Of course, I rushed off as soon as I could and drove two hours to go pick up my dog because I missed her soooooooo much!!!!! And she was just as excited to see me.

I had sort of a slow week when I got back, but it was also nice. I shot a boy/girl scene for Digital Playground (which I was really excited about because I had never shot for them before), and it turned out GREAT! I got to work with one of my favorite guys, Scott Nails. Being that Digital Playground now has me booked for six more scenes this month, I think they liked me, too! I also shot a boy/girl scene with Manuel Ferrara for a new company called Digital Revolution. They were so incredibly nice, but it was a long and difficult day. They were shooting in 3D so everything was new technology and they were just getting used to it and it made for a LONG day. Having a massage therapist on set was definitely helpful, but still… I was a bit overwhelmed after two hours of shooting the sex scene. Thankfully, Manuel kept me calm. It was just that they had to keep re-syncing cameras and stuff because it was 3D, so it’s not like there was anything we could do about it… I just got HOT in that little room we were shooting in. But, because everyone was so wonderful on set, I was okay. Luckily my extreme anxiety didn’t kick in! That’s never a good thing!

On Sunday, when I had a few hours to myself, I went to the pool here at my apartment complex. Surprisingly, there was no one there! So, I brought my dog in! She’s a lab and pitbull mix, so the lab in her LOVES the water! She went right down the steps into the pool. I don’t know how sanitary that is, but hey, they clean it, right? And tell me that kids don’t pee in that thing! C’mon… a dog isn’t gonna hurt anything! So, I got in the pool, threw a tennis ball around a bit, and we laid in the sun. It was good mother-daughter time!

I’ve had a busy start to this week with a boy/girl scene for each Vouyer Media and Digital Playground. The scene for Vouyer was with Mark Wood, who I do GREAT scenes with! Our first scene ever was shot by his wife, Francesca Le, so I’ve been pretty comfortable with him since. I had actually caught a slight cold from Scott Nails a few days before, so I was a bit lethargic from cold medicine and lack of food, so I kept pretty quiet on set. I never shoot POV (point-of-view) scenes and I was uncomfortable with the idea, and the fact that I’m sick I just didn’t feel like putting that much effort into dirty-talking to the camera! lol.
